Private Pay Rate
Individual adult sessions, individual adolescent sessions, and couples sessions are all $125 out of pocket each. Telehealth and in-person sessions share the same price.
In-Network Insurance
I accept the following insurances through Alma and Headway:
Aetna | Cigna and Evernorth | Carelon Behavioral Health | Ascension (SmartHealth) | BCBS | Anthem | Meritain Health | Optum | and United Healthcare | Quest Behavioral Health
Those with HMOs will need a referral from their primary care physician.
Sliding Scale
I offer a sliding scale of $75 to those who do not have insurance and are unable to pay the full $125
